Bruno Ford offers 1:1 coaching to executives, senior leaders and high-potential people-managers. Engagements are based on an individual's needs, relative to business goals. Included is a preliminary Observations + Recommendations brief and follow-up interviews about outcomes with the appropriate stakeholders. Bruno Ford is regarded for customized leadership development. We believe leadership training on its own does not recognize individual needs or yield the long-term results clients want.

Coaching

Executive Coach and Facilitator Kali Mincy works 1:1 with executive leaders and high-potential and high-performing middle managers to strengthen interpersonal and technical skills, and learn and execute individualized strategies that can benefit them, their teams, and organizations.

The role of today’s leaders and managers has expanded far beyond strategy and operations. They are now being called to serve as change agents and allies in the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion + Belonging (DEIB) movement. Leaders need to bring a clear vision, broad world perspective and sense of collective responsibility to the problems they are helping to solve through the products, services and experiences they deliver. Using basic DEIB principles and tools is the first step to strengthening relationships with colleagues and positively influencing strategy, decision-making and client engagement.

Training — combined with coaching and facilitation — is part of Bruno Ford's comprehensive leadership development experience. Through training, leaders and managers learn how to foster inclusive cultures to make their organization missions and visions possible. As a Certified Corporate Trainer, Kali Mincy uses basic DEIB principles and change leadership tools to help clients strengthen connection with diverse talent and positively influence strategy, decision-making and people engagement.

In partnership with chief administrators and educators, Kali helped us create and expand education leadership networks, an ongoing leadership program, and an annual professional development series. She was instrumental in finding specialized talent for these programs and provided actionable models and strategies to support their development.

For 19 years, Kali has been a trusted coach and consultant to Fortune 500 companies, international development agencies, nonprofits and higher education institutions. Specializing in leadership and change for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion + Belonging (DEIB), team alignment and organization culture, she has been a partner to Arconic, The Estée Lauder Companies, KPMG, TIAA, Givaudan, Risk Management Solutions, the Support Center for Nonprofit Management, NYC Department of Education, the Ministry of Education in Panama, and the Workers Commission of Madrid. As a coach, Kali has worked with board members, C-suite executives, senior leaders and high-potentials across industries including engineering, technology, manufacturing, marketing, healthcare, education, finance and publishing. Her development of individuals helps them better align diverse teams around strategic DEIB goals and drive organization change. As a consultant, Kali has facilitated DEIB strategy sessions; helped clients design and implement DEIB programs; and delivered related leadership training in North America, Latin America and Europe.

Kali is a part-time professor of business and management at The New School in New York City.
